I’m Harshal Arya — a design-thinker turned problem-solver, combining UX, data, and emerging tech to build meaningful products.
With experience across 5 startups, I’ve been building and improving products across AI, SaaS, and career-tech domains—always starting with user needs but thinking beyond design. I work at the intersection of UX strategy, product feasibility, and business goals—translating ambiguous ideas into actionable product decisions, not just clean interfaces.
I regularly do UX teardowns, conduct product gap analysis, and explore how design, data, and systems thinking come together to solve real-world problems. My goal is to own not just the “how it looks” but the “why it works”—and contribute as a product-first thinker who designs with intent and ships with impact.
